Missing Items: If an item is missing from your order, we will prioritize resending the missing item. Report missing items within 3 days of delivery.
Out of Stock Items: Out-of-stock items will be refunded or replaced with a similar item at our discretion. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Returned Packages: Packages returned to us will be refunded, excluding shipping charges.
